- Find channels getting over 10-100M views monthly (use social blade)
- They have less than 100 videos
- They are quite new on Youtube (8 months old)
- Check if they are consistently uploading at least 4x a week and have 50k views per video
2.Finding winning niches
- Switch to incognito mode (private window) in your web browser
- Open Youtube and click on Shorts - you will see shorts which are pushed to viewers
- Try to find video which can be replicated
- If you will find some, click on it and check details on Youtube channel description, if it pass the checklist
- You can inspire yourself - how did he (the creator) format videos, how did he edit them, use speak and script them
